Our warehouse staff is highly trained to pack your goods exactly according to the specifications that we supply. Your items will go through an exhaustive examination before they will be safely packaged prior to being shipped. Each day, we ship to thousands of customers across different countries. The fact that we are determined to become the largest online retailer in the World is evident. The warehouses are located in Europe in the same way as they are in USA.

Note: Orders that contain more than one product will be assigned a distinct processing period based on the individual product.

Prior to shipping before shipping, we'll examine thoroughly the items you have ordered. Most orders are now shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between 3 and seven days.

Returns

The inventory is constantly changing and we cannot completely manage it because of the fact that several parties are involved, including our factory and warehouse. Stock levels can fluctuate at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after your order has been processed.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If the 30 days have elapsed after you bought your item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
